I am running late for my booked experience

We understand that at times, you may be running late for your pre-booked experience. To ensure that all other guests who have booked and arrived are accommodated at their booked time - we won't be able to hold the experience until your arrival. 


Subject to availability, we may be able to move you to another experience time on the date that you have booked. 


Please note, refunds are not able to be provided for experiences where you have not cancelled the booking prior to the allowable time outlined in your booking terms and conditions.
